Columbus, OH: February, 16 2018 – Executive search firm industry leader, Executive Staffing Solutions (ESS) recently announced the promotion of Heather Marter, CPC to Vice President of Recruiting. This announcement was made by Aaron Wandtke, Senior Partner of Executive Staffing Solutions (ESS).

Marter joined ESS in 2012 and quickly advanced to the role of Director of Recruiting. Prior to her position with Executive Staffing Solutions, Marter served as a Master Recruiter with ITT Technical Institute.
