- Personal situation and reason for leaving current employer
We will schedule and prepare candidate and client interviews, conduct and present written reference checks, and debrief candidate and client after each interview.
Complete Placement Process
- Discuss all agreed-upon terms of employment
- Facilitate/negotiate employment offer to chosen candidate
- Assist new employee with resignation from current company
- Prepare candidate to deal with possibility of a counter offer
- Facilitate on-boarding process of selected candidate
Stay in contact with both the candidate and the hiring manager after start date.
