Phase 1

Understand Your Need


We will develop a list of qualifiers for each specific opportunity that include:

  • Fully understand the workplace culture and management style
  • Develop accountable timelines for approval
  • Identify initial target list of companies for recruiting
  • Review understanding of position to ensure that all parties are in agreement on search criteria

Phase 2

Executive Search

Our team will cold call, recruit, and interview candidates for each opportunity, further creating written profiles of viable candidates that include the following:

Present written profiles of viable candidates including:

  • Overview of background
  • Summary of skills
  • Reasons ESS believes candidate is a “match”
  • Personal situation and reason for leaving current employer
  • Résumé

We will schedule and prepare candidate and client interviews, conduct and present written reference checks, and debrief candidate and client after each interview.

Phase 3

Complete Placement Process

  • Discuss all agreed-upon terms of employment
  • Facilitate/negotiate employment offer to chosen candidate
  • Assist new employee with resignation from current company
  • Prepare candidate to deal with possibility of a counter offer
  • Facilitate on-boarding process of selected candidate

Stay in contact with both the candidate and the hiring manager after start date.
